Release notes

Marketing site foundation — 7–9 Aug 2026 (shipped)

Rebuilt the public site on its own design system, matched to the product's type and palette, and folded every separate page into one continuous scroll.

Plans, content and reach — 9 Aug 2026 (shipped)

Turned the site into something that sells: a real pricing ladder, fundraisers, the app moved onto the main domain, and Xperto answering questions.

Visual craft and the 3D hero — 9–12 Aug 2026 (shipped)

A long, iterative pass on the hero — a gem, then a star field, then an interactive robot — plus beam-bordered cards across the site. Several reverts; the record keeps them.

Platform hardening — 10–11 Aug 2026 (shipped)

Groundwork that doesn't show: a demo/live data split so the platform can be shown off without faking it, faster cold starts, and accessibility fixes.

Payments and live content — 13–15 Aug 2026 (shipped)

Stripe for tenant storefronts, and the homepage showing genuine live listings instead of a mockup.

Audit and remediation — 16 Aug 2026 (shipped)

A full QA pass found 22 issues across security, SEO and UX. All were fixed in one pass, alongside Google sign-in and a demo that works in every country.

UX polish and a better assistant — 20–21 Aug 2026 (shipped)

Readability and contrast fixes across the site, a graphical buyer/seller journey, and Xperto moved onto a much stronger model.

Trust and settlement — 21 Aug 2026 (in-progress)

The current phase. A settlement review found that a sale could be declared complete by one side alone, sellers could never earn a reputation, and buyers had no way to report anything. All three are now fixed.

What's next — Planned (planned)

Ordered by what unblocks what. Payment rails come before escrow because escrow needs a licensed partner, and everything above needs a recorded payment to build on.
